Anybody can do the business in spain. Even the Steve the pointer was a success for Real. Messi hasn`t done it over here, bit like Robinho maybe?

Fed up with this Premiership shit!!

He just demolished a team vying for the championship in the PL

And last season he battered the 3 times in a row champions of the PL

What does he have to do to prove to you, come and batter hull and wolves.... only then can he be great

Alright he battered arsenal tonight but they did have half the team missing through injury. His goal against the scum last year was his first ever goal against an english team in ten attempts.
Its a whole different ball game, when ur playing against team that don't play and just fight fo everything.

Rooney, Drogba and Tevez all haven't done it in SPAIN. They must be crap.

Torres has a better goal/game ratio at Liverpool than at Athletico.

The Spanish league is more about technical ability, a team like Stoke wouldn't last a season in it.

Robinho's just lazy and weak.

i am sure messi doesnt track back enough to fit into our team

messi is one of the hardest working players in the barca team, please tell me your are pulling our legs!!!!!!

People underestimate Barcelona work rate there absolutely brilliant at pushing high up the pitch and not giving anybody time on the ball and there football is quality, Great team to watch especially for younger kids.

Just curious as to what each blue thinks of the comparisson for value?

Tevez for £25m

or

Messi for £100m

With these two in their current goal-scoring form, Argentina will take some beating at the World Cup, even with Maradonna in charge!

I dont know if you have noticed but in a forum of many people you are in the minority of 1, so either everyone in this forum, very pundit and everyone who watches football is wrong or Mr PL is the bestest ever i wont hear anything bad about it salfordblue is wrong

I never said he was a bad player, in fact he`s pretty damn good, just questioning his suitablity to the premiership. Whereas the CAT has been great all season and has a past record.

When we signed Robbie everyone was wetting themselves, he brazilian one of the best players in the world, signed from Real Madrid, etc. But where is he now?

And Sergio Aguero and Angel Di Maria are pretty good going forward from the little I've seen of them both this season.

Robinho was never one of the 'best in the world', if he was he'd still be at Real Madrid.

Zidane, Pele, Maradona etc.. never played in England does that make tham not as good as they were?

I really hate the arrogance of some of my fellow English fans who seem to think that the Prem is the 'bestest in all the world' and that anyone who doesn't make 30 tackles inside their own penalty area is shit and wouldn't make it in England. Its quite sad imo.

Messi scored 38 goals last season, he's got 39 this season for god's sake! And lets not forget that he is the current Fifa World Player of the Year!

So, will we sell Tevez for £35m?

If Tevez is worth only £25m, will we sell him for £35m, or trade him + £35m for Torres?

Have you watched what Messi did yesterday againest Arsenal?

It was a full of imagination, magic, fun and madness, i am speechless.

I like Tevez, he is our hero, but Messi is Incomparable.

Yeah we understand its just that some were underestimating how good the guy is .

But to answer your question he as a player is not worth the the value of 4xTevez.

But as a global brand for our club GET HIM IN
