Imo he's a direct replacement imo. They have Deulofeu coming through too.

Messi could wipe a shed load of debt from the accounts or they are able to buy Pepe Reina, Thiago Silva and another striker like Suarez or Falcao. From Messi sale they good literally strengthen the first team I'm their areas of weakness and have cash remaining!
