It's laughable how much better he is than Milner. He shouldn't cost that much as he only has 1 year to run on his contract (iirc).

in the german newspaper it was well documented that were following him. he will most likely leave this summer. his contract ends in 1 year and bremen failed to reach an agreement with him to extend the contract. allofs (manager of bremen), said some days ago, that if he wont sign a new contract soon, they need to sell him, coz they couldnt throw away that amount of money if he should leave as a free agent.

Think that was also the guy who said Cesar Azpilicueta is a done deal so not too sure about his credibility.

I'd have Özil in a heartbeat though, after following him quite a lot this year. Exactly the type of player we need at the moment.

First time I've seen him but I have to ask are all those saying buy him, basing it on 45mins of play against Australia?

Most people saw him in the U21 championships, and he was far and away the best player. Forget tonights oppostion, you still need real ability to do the things he did tonight.
