It looks like there's a good chance that the lad injured is not a blue. Everyone's made that assumption because of that tweet earlier but that wasn't him: the guy injured refused hospital treatment. Looking at the video you can see it looks like a red who gets cornered when they all run off.

Fuck him. Live by the sword, die by the sword. The video that's been removed showed them chucking missiles at innocent fans and ballooning around before getting the shock of their lives when the city lads in there took exception.

I think people are assuming it was a blue on the basis that his wife posted a message on twitter. But watching the video it appears that there is a guy in a sky blue shirt giving the lad on the floor, who remains on the floor a kicking. Either in the confusion he mistakenly though he was a red, or in actual fact the injured lad was a red.

Hard to say. The way people rush to him he could be a blue. Anyway, if he's refusing hospital treatment youd assume it's not serious.

I think your missing the point my friend......9 times out of 10 when a so called utd fan attacks it's always in a group, seen it loads of times, the worst was when a group of 6 took a swipe at a city fan with his 6 year old knocking him over. We didn't turn a blind eye and walk on and I know the fella and his kid were very grateful. It’s the same every time we play them - ‘they did this/they did that/they are horrible bastards’ etc etc. I can guarantee to you that only one of two things will sort this out, either, 1, The Police mop them up, particularly the old fuckers who should know better and the courts throw the book at them. This happened to City’s ‘mob’ years ago and they were never the same again, or, 2. City fans respond in kind, mob up in large numbers and give them a good hiding. Option 1 is preferable and longer lasting. However, no amount of bleating about it will stop it - it will just encourage the fuckers. So, GMP Police, if you are monitoring this board, get your act together and make some arrests, because if half of the claims on here are true, there is plenty of evidence if you can be arced looking for it.

No chance of any arrests when they're in the station have a brew. I was in Mary D's for my first time after a game and heared that rags would be on there way back when it all calmed down, I didn't know anybody in there but I heard it so you telling me the old bill didn't know with all their intelligence? I got caught out myself after last orders by two car loads full of them on my walk back home, the police arn't interested so don't kid yerself!!

FFS, is this still going, the MEN has snaffled the video, every bugger is assuming this and that, the lad injured in the video and refused treatment by paramedics was later taken to hospital by his wife, hence her tweet earlier, the cops locked 5 up apparently (from the MEN report), every bugger is talking shite and as usual puffing out their chests with bravado and nobody has achieved anything on the video, other than looking and sounding like a cnut...!
