They definitely don’t represent the feelings of City fans tbf.Tell Carragher and Neville that.

Don't be a dick. You know exactly what I mean. They definitely don’t represent the feelings of City fans tbf.
Fair point. Still think people are being a bit hypersensitive about that article though.Probably because we hadn’t been relevant to them in years.
They never lamented that they always won the derbies and wished they were tighter contests, from my memory anyway.

Anyway, for the sake of balance, let’s enjoy some of the times Micah rubbed their faces in it:

Sorry, you’ve lost me there. That's natural. Not the manufactured shit he has to put out to appease the Sky contract.
I wasn’t trying to be. Why would @Ric tell Neville and Carragher that they don’t represent the views of City fans. They already don’t!Don't be a dick. You know exactly what I mean.
You little dancer.
You know exactly what I mean. Carragher and Neville are anything but neutral.I wasn’t trying to be. Why would @Ric tell Neville and Carragher that they don’t represent the views of City fans. They already don’t!
I know mate, they don’t need to pander to us as the vast majority of armchair fans are of the clubs they played for.You know exactly what I mean. Carragher and Neville are anything but neutral.
I think they all have to rein it in in for newspaper columns. They have to “write” for a wider audience, after all. Don’t think I’ve ever seen even Carragher say he hopes Liverpool “smack 10” past anyone.I don’t get annoyed by much pundits say. Most of them aren’t the brightest and having to fill an hour of TV is hard enough for literate people.
I’d much rather Onuaha had the airtime that Richards has. He’s informative and fair in a world of mediocrity and banter.
No one would bat an eyelid if Richards had said he hoped City smacked 10 past united as a former City player.
I guess he feels he has to pander to their audience though as there are hoards of middle aged glory hunters all over the country.
I may have been guilty of hyperbole, but has Carragher ever suggested he wished Scouse derbies were closer?I think they all have to rein it in in for newspaper columns. That still doesn’t make sense. You’re saying Micah also went off script, yet is still a Sky mainstay?Lost? Micah's emotions took over, instead of following the Sky script.
Buzzer went off script, funny he was never asked to come back.
I don’t know tbh. I doubt it would be particularly noteworthy, or cause as much hand-wringing, if he had though.I may have been guilty of hyperbole, but has Carragher ever suggested he wished Scouse derbies were closer?
No I'm saying in the moment his emotions took over but as you said is reined in to pander to the masses. That still doesn’t make sense. You’re saying Micah also went off script, but is still a Sky mainstay?
Not in Manchester, but probably would in Liverpool, Norway and RAWK.I don’t know tbh. I doubt it would be particularly noteworthy, or cause as much hand-wringing, if he had though.
It could well be his honest opinion. He’s not a lifelong City fan. He played for us.No I'm saying in the moment his emotions took over but as you said is reined in to pander to the masses.
I'd rather have an honest opinion, than sanitised for the wider audience.
Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.It could well be his honest opinion. He’s not a lifelong City fan. He played for us.
Indeed. We don’t know either way.Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.
I think you’re being a bit unfair. He consistently backs the club in the media, but you’re taking exception to one fairly innocuous article. No I'm saying in the moment his emotions took over but as you said is reined in to pander to the masses.
