Micah Richards

He will be sold in the summer along with Milner, big English clearout.

Its a tricky 1 for me. Micah if he hits the form of the title winning season he is 1 of the best right backs in the league. Injuries has hit him big time and it has cost him big time. I would stick with him and basically see what a full pre season and how he reacts to Zaba and wants to be playing more often. The only player I want to see coming in is Coleman off Everton as his replacement and he would push Zaba and he has the right attitude to work hard. I dont know if that would happen I would rather hold onto Micah for 1 more season than let him go. Anyone could of went off after that first half we all know thats how poor we were yesterday. Like anything he needs a run of games thats why it shocked me he missed out on the Hammers game as it would of been ideal for him to have 2 back to back games to play in.

There will be many on here that would argue against Milner going but I think with what's seems like no rush to extend his contract and only 18m left, anything is possible. I'm not sure losing him is a good idea because as a back up he is reliable.

Micah has barely played in 18 months so it might just be worth seeing if he can stay fit so that he can have a chance to get back to match fitness before writing him off.

What none of us see is what the likes of him and Rodwell are like in training. Pellegrini is no mug and will know a good player from one who isn't at the level required and will make the decision based on that.

If he decides to let him go then so be it. There is zero room for sentiment at the top table.

just needs a run of games……..not sure he will get it though,as micah has admitted himself it takes him much longer to recover after games because of his body mass,he will take longer to get back fit, when fit he is a great addition to our squad, fingers crossed he has some luck,he deserves some

To me he looks top heavy again, to many weights maybe, also he seems to fall over far too much, I think we've see the best of him and maybe it's time to move him on at the end of the season

Didn't realise you brought your anthropology kit with you today and accurately sized him up while he was running around. He looks more top heavy? Honestly he looks no different to how he was at the start of the season or even last year. I've seen him at the place i work 3 times this year. Once just after pre season, once before the Plzen game and once just after Xmas. He's is NO bigger at all. Believe me it's part of my job to keep an eye on athletes that are putting on weight. He looked sluggish because he hasn't played as much football recently. It's called training - if you don't use it, you lose it. Simple as. It has nothing to do with him doing weights. As well as that they have S&C pros with them all the time, do you think they're that dumb and incompetent that they'd just let him loose so he can do beach weights?
No I don't but maybe they could give him bigger fucking boots then it might stop him falling over, he needs to be more mobile for the role he is playing, it's not just about bowling your way through people, sadly for Micah he will just be a squad player at most now Zabba has cemented that position.

Watching the game back on TV his amble back for their second was nothing short of disgraceful. To be honest I'm not sure he's up to the standards anymore, and I take no pleasure in that at all.
