Yet your "literal documented evidence" is just a different assessment of the same reports ... from some institution that has been around since the early 90's to find credible strategies to global security issues. Either they are less influential than they claim or they are just another institution whose primary focus is to manufacture consent for US imperial adventures. My guess is the latter.

It has worked regularly in the U.S. and abroad to unite government officials, independent experts, scientists, and the public in efforts to find credible strategies to solve U.S., regional, and global security problems.

That assessment is based upon an IAEA report where the same findings are literally documented! You can read it here if you wish so please don't be naive.

From 8 May 2019 onwards, however, Iran stopped implementing its nuclear-related commitments under the JCPOA on a step-by-step basis until, on 23 February 2021, it stopped implementing them altogether, including the Additional Protocol. As a result, Iran no longer allows the Agency to conduct the following verification and monitoring activities in relation to the JCPOA.

36. The Agency’s JCPOA-related verification and monitoring has been seriously affected by the cessation of implementation by Iran of its nuclear-related commitments under the JCPOA. The situation has been exacerbated by Iran’s subsequent decision to have all of the Agency’s JCPOA-related surveillance and monitoring equipment removed.

37. The Agency has lost continuity of knowledge in relation to the production and current inventory of centrifuges, rotors and bellows, heavy water and UOC, which it will not be able to restore as a result of not having been able to perform JCPOA-related verification and monitoring activities for four years.

38. Iran’s decision to remove all of the Agency’s equipment previously installed in Iran for JCPOA-related surveillance and monitoring activities has also had detrimental implications for the Agency’s ability to provide assurance of the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear programme.

39. It has also been four years since Iran stopped provisionally applying its Additional Protocol. Therefore, throughout this period, Iran has not provided updated declarations and the Agency has not been able to conduct complementary access to any sites and other locations in Iran.

40. The significantly increased production and accumulation of high enriched uranium by Iran, the only non-nuclear weapon State to produce such nuclear material, is of serious concern.

That’s what concerns me the most. Any action like this is bound to have unintended consequences. It’s doubtful Trump even realises this at all never mind having the insight to have a view on whether the potential consequences are worth the risk of taking the action in the first place.

Netanyahu understands how to manipulate him into doing whatever he wants with a combination of overblown flattery and obsequiousness and Trump’s too stupid to realise he’s being played.

Even that might be giving Trump too much credit. It’s probably nothing to do with Netanyahu.

It’s more likely because of the TACO and 2 week jibes getting under his skin.

Absolutely this. Iran has various ballistic and cruise missiles but it would be difficult to create a reliable warhead that could be used on such a missile.

But come on, Irainian Revolutionaly guards and their ilk are certainly not in any way innocent.
