I wonder does it have a limit on how many hostages and how many IDF fighters need to die until its attitude changes?

Israel has been weakened and divided by internal political conflict. Netanyahu is a cancer that won’t go away. There has been no Government admission of mistakes made, or responsibility taken. As far as I’m aware no Government representative has reached out to families of those taken or killed. And then you have the ongoing conflict between the Government and IDF.

So, with the US, EU and UN arguing for a ‘humanitarian pause’ and time to negotiate for the release of the hostages, does Israel at some point still invade Gaza with undefined or unrealistic goals? Especially when it knows its allies do not want it to happen and neither do the surrounding states like Egypt?
