The volume of bombs dropped so far in this conflict compared to the civilian casualty proves my point.
Somehow, this does not matter to you because Israel is evil regardless of what they do.
I even read today that they are dropping leaflets urging civilians to move out of a specific location.
But I feel that some people are desperate to see Palestinian civilians killed so they could use that as a stick to beat the Jews.
Here’s one understanding I have, that is based on the understanding you have.
I am not as immersed in your knowledge as how an expert you are.
I have friends from Palestine, and have them for years. I know firsthand that for them to be allowed to cross the border and travel, that’s often around 2-3 weeks approval from Israel, but even prior to that, depends on the capacity to request in the first place including on the spot. Most are denied, then Hamoked (an Israel human rights NGO) will appeal for helping Palestinians. A friend of mine, who travels, some days denied after weeks of request, some days allowed. It depends.
Currently, as how you have mentioned of a 24-hour directive to leave Gaza, will it be not contradictory that the Rafah border, the same border to leave Gaza, has been bombed at least 3 times in a day, during when Palestinians are wanting to leave?
If you have solutions to the 1+ million to cross the border, pray tell. As I have been struggling to know, given my lack of understanding, how to conduct. So in turn I can share my friends in Palestine of alternative solutions.
