Israeli news conference presented evidence that Hamas command and control centres and major entrances to the "Gaza Metro" tunnel systems are situated beneath hospitals - with pretty good evidence to back it up.
Hardly surprising.
Hamas doesn't care a jot for Palestinians.

From what I have seen tanks - air power - big missiles - all gonna be useless in tunnels. I stress again is the average Israeli accountant or teacher who is a reservist ready to go down there to save Netanyahu's career?

Probably (95%+ chance) with a rocket that they launched against Israel. Either it fell out of the sky or lsrael shot it down.
I guess you probably blame Israel for shooting the rocket down.
