I am interested in what will happen with the genocide charges.
Personally, I find it hard to believe ICJ lawyers will be buying any nonsense about self-defence or precision bombing and won't look too favourably on the destruction of homes, services and the buildings of government. I doubt genocide will be upheld, but it may make tough reading for the Israelis and the Americans. I suppose that would make the ICJ criminally complicit?
Anybody else any thoughts?
