He was refereeing a match containing a player (De Jong) that he publicly said he should have sent off .
So how can he be unbiased .
Why don,t we follow the example of slur Al ,and get a journo to ask Mancini at the press conference ,if he is happy with the Ref ,given what he said about De Jong .Then it brings it to attention of the public and he then becomes scrutinised more.
Ahh I hate City getting beat.

I always liked Mike Dean, he was the ref at Stamford Bridge last year when we won 4-2 and was the ref in the CC when we beat United 2-1, i always thought he was good to us. Missed a few calls today but it was a pen and we got what we deserved. Just wish Tevez would have taken a touch :(

Undoubtedly a penalty except play should have been stopped as the sunderland forward was offside
That said we did NOT deserve to lose the game given the chances we had in the first half.
However, we did lose it so we have to accept it and move on.... but that was a penalty that should never have happened.
