Misheard rock lyrics (that you think are better than the original)

can you hear me calling, out your name cause we're man city on the piss again

As a kid I always heard ‘Scuse me while I kiss this guy’ by Hendrix.
An ex of mine used to sing ‘I got the cherry’ instead of ‘I shot the sheriff’ until I put her right.

Brass in Pocket

Gonna use my arms
Gonna use my legs
Gonna use my style
Gonna use my ............ now I have always sang "sassy" till a couple of months ago.

It always used to sound like sassy but now I know it does actually say " sidestep" . Still think sassy is better.

I could never understand what Eroll Brown was going on about when he sang "I Believe in Milko"?,
Mind you we did have a really crap radio at the time.

It's always been "sausage" when I've sung along with it. Makes perfect sense in my mind after all these years.

Our eldest lad used to sing along with Eminem's "Lose Yourself" and (as kids are) was almost word perfect apart from the "you better" lyrics which he was convinced was "Jupiter".

Even now, over 20 years later, if the song comes on the radio, we all join in on "Jupiter", just to piss him off.
