Just discussing this in work - As the age on consent is 15 in France, IF he's had any relations with her while in France - Can he be charged for having sex with a minor under UK law?

It's sick at best, and the likelihood is we will never know what he got up to with her, as he's probably manipulated her well enough to tell her not to say anything, but it's pretty obvious what will have gone on, and most likely gone on prior to their disappearance.
