Missing woman Nicola Bulley - inquest (P 158)

It was all being made public by social media anyway

3 weeks and still no clue, guess the Police just felt it right to put her issues out there - It may or may not help the case
Well it won’t help Nicola‘s reputation, whether she turns up dead or alive. Or the way her kids, friends and family think of her.

Moreover, if this was suspected all along, why wasn’t the sonar guy directed to consider all possibilities?

very unlikely if you ask me. Someone planning suicide doesn't organise a play date for their kids 30 minutes before topping themselves
Watch ‘The Bridge’. 2006 film documentary.

It’s about people jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge. Hot spot for suicide.

They put a camera there for a year.

1 guy was walking along, talking to his friend on the phone laughing and joking. He then just stops, climbs over the side and jumps.

You can’t imagine what goes on in some people’s minds. We just think logically and expect them to be crying and upset. Not always like that.

I was in a traffic queue in Stockport near Lancashire hill. The lights were on red. We were on a bridge over the M60.

The car in front passenger door opens and a woman dives out straight over bridge. Took seconds.

Probably because he comes across as a massive twat who they probably didn't want there in the first place and definitely didn't want to tell him more than they had to, he'd have been on GB News/Daily Mail within an hour of being told anything.

He is not covering himself in credibility

That’s as may be. However, the police only needed to direct him to consider all options including both falling in and jumping in. What could be more logical?

No further detail was required. Zilch. No smears. No breaches of confidence. No leaks. No fodder for self publicity.

Peter Faulding not happy... Spitting his dummy out cos he wasn't trusted with the information of her issues and how he's usually privy to large scale murder enquiries etc.

Says he would have conducted his search differently had he been made aware of the information released today. Now saying if she jumped or intended to take her own life she could well have made it out to sea.

His search was based on him assuming she slipped in at the shallowest part of the river.
i agree with him , he is an expert but needs the right info to do a thorough search , she could have walked/swum to the sea if she went in on purpose

The menopause can and does create a huge shift in mental health , it makes you very anxious and forgetful and angry , whole host of head fucks

Why would he need any detail other than that suicide was a possibility?

How do hot flushes or alleged drinking problems give further definition to the search?

Why did the dog not follow her?
Someone would have seen her walking elsewhere or swimming in the river I'm guessing

Not sure of the point you're making? did the woman organised a night out, hairdressers, party, kids play 30 minutes before jumping off the bridge?
