If the radar bloke only searched upstream of the weir he was never going to find her.
He knew she was high risk by very definition that it was highly probable she was in the water-he would’ve been briefed by the Polsa and/or SIO. That he may not according to him have been told specifically she’s ‘high risk’ is irrelevant-what does he think he’s doing there if she isn’t?
She’s a high risk misper in either circumstance you describe-if she slipped/fell or if she went in intentionally.
I think you are confused by the terminology.
Was the body definitely found downstream of the weir though? The body was found a mile downstream from the phone and based on Peter Faulding’s Insta account he started searching at the weir and worked back to where the phone was found (and beyond) - a distance of one mile. So, based on that it would seem that the body was found close to the weir, but I’ve not seen anything to suggest whether it was upstream or downstream from that.If the radar bloke only searched upstream of the weir he was never going to find her.
If she’s been dumped there some time later they will be able to tell exactly how long she’s been in the water for….does sound strange though
A tragic, tragic case. So sorry for those children and the rest of her family...
Not that great if she's dead mate.Great news she has been found. All the armchair sleuths need to crawl back under their rocks now. Arseholes.
