Missing woman Nicola Bulley - inquest (P 158)

Police seem certain she didn't leave, pretty sure they will have viewed footage if she entered
It's the dogs behaviour at the time that should indicate what's happened. As this man says, you'd expect the dog to be focusing on the river if she has gone in. Have they said where exactly the dog was roaming when it was found?

Between the bench and the gate further down the river path apparently.

Thanks. I suppose it depends on how long the dog had been on its own.
I've only had German Sheps and Border Collies and I know they would be close to where they last saw someone. Our dogs were always female and would stay close. Rarely ran off like a male dog might.
If it was running around confused then that could indicate it had lost sight of her before she vanished.
Just supposition though, and I'm sure the Police have already taken such things into account.
