There was a case in Cardiff on NYE where a man fell into the Taff and his body was eventually found in Cardiff Bay a few days later. The Taff is a much deeper, larger and fastER flowing river than the River Wyre, the area where the man fell in is also much closer to the sea than where Nicola is supposed to have fallen in.
My point is, they found this mans body within a few days. I have seen videos of the River Wyre and its very calm, although very unlikely, I dont dispute that someone could drown in that, be it through a heart attack or similar, or simply slipping and banging your head and knocking yourself out etc but your body would stay in that vicinity.
I just cant see how her body would get all the way out to Morecambe Bay from there. The body recovery expert has reiterated many times they will find her body if she fell in there. I wonder at what point do the police change tact here? Surely as the days go on and on with no body they will slowly have to move away from the river theory.
