The police women said they'd been searching as far as the coast, but where the river gets tidal, there's lots of creeks that will fill up at high tide, and then will be near empty at low tide, and they won't be able to search every one at every low tide.Several miles, but with it being so windy with shallow banks (as well as a weir), I'm not sure a body would make it out to the Irish Sea. More likely get grounded on a bank along the way
Also bare in mind she went missing on Jan 27th, we'd just come out of a period of quite wet weather at that point, so the river was probably flowing much higher and faster than it currently is.
