"Constructive criticism" ? haha. This is purely a bitching thread because you got banned and you don't like it. Dress it up anyway you want but it's the same as a kid holding it's breath because it's been told off.
If you have a problem, take it up with Ric. Nothing constructive about this thread one bit. It's just a pure woman fest.

Within two pages we have put forward a handful of ideas which Ric and the moderators could discuss if they wish to. We've offered the idea of having copy & paste PM's to send to members when their thread is remove and the idea of moderators not replying to PM's in response to the reasoning as to why the thread was removed (because they acted on the CoC so there should be no reasoning as to why your thread should stand) in order to avoid a war of words.

Forums survive via active members. Every so often feedback should be given to keep it running. We were always thankful of feedback to gain an idea on how we were doing. No naming X, Y or Z - just genuine ideas and feedback.

Wow, your banning has actually done some good. In the ten years Ric has been running this place, he's never actually had a fucking clue how to run it. It's a good job you're on hand with all your brilliant ideas on how to moderate. How the fuck Ric has managed without you all these years is a mystery.

I still haven't received a proper explanation into the removal of my thread about when I shit my trousers on the way home from work a few weeks ago other than a couple of mods saying "We don't like those threads". I don't know if they meant the subject matter or the soiled garment.

They really said that? Those threads are some of the best on bluemoon, always have some brilliant storys in there.

I have several warnings and a ban. None of these I could dispute once I had been told 'Why'.

However, regarding my ban, to find out why, I had to email Ric who then had to contact the mods and then get back to me. Which is hardly fair on Ric.

I agree that you should be informed of the reason, rather than having to badger the owner of the site. Surely, this is why the site has mods so Ric doesn't have to do everything?

Just sayin'...

This is a good point. I have been banned about 3 times I think, and only one of them was justified, (I called Ducado a ****). The others have been rescinded by Ric after contacting him, as they were unjustified and no explanation given.
