Mine was the Boro away game when we needed to just go through the motions and not get anyone sent off to qualify for European Football via Fair Play.

Not only did we lose 8 - F!"?&* 1 we also had Jihai booked and Dunney sent off - I just thought sod this I cant take it anymore.Needless to say next day I was back on the treadmill.

I was deperate to see City in Europe, how spolit we are now!

Never.

At our very worst, I've just thought 'Typical City' to relieve the pain.

If you mean painful moments it was the same year 2006? This is a more personal sort of choice one. Cup game vs Norwich Sameras scored near the end I think but it was one of the worst games ever I wanted to leave but stayed till the end. Just couldn't believe how bad it was. Blues much older than me will have much worse stories than me mind!

I have been a season ticket holder since they first came out and I can honestly say never ever have I said enough. I 've been fed up with them plenty of times though.

FA cup match in the early 90s. We lost 5-2 to Spurs. Mike Sheron scored first then Spurs hammered us. Only time I have left before full time so I missed Terry Phelan's solo run and goal and the pitch invasion. That was a shit day. I was back to normal a couple of days later though.

Nottingham Forest 0-3 in the FA Cup nearly pushed me over the edge. It was just after an expensive Christmas and New Year but I found the cash to go and was just cold by final whistle. Absolutely cold. I drank myself stupid for a few hours and eventually got home at 11pm.
