Monday nights in town

I always go out on a monday after iv worked pretty much all weekend. I go for a couple in Rain bar then the courtyard just off oxford rd, free pool before 8, free dukebox, £2.20 a pint, £1.50 a sambuca n then off to 5th ave!! never fail to have a quality night and end up smashed!!!!!!!! Also casino round the corner from 5th where u can win all your money back that you have spent that day/night ;)

'Weirdo' night at The Ritz was the only show in town on a Monday. Pound a pint, The Dambusters race/pile up, that deaf and dumb punk from Afflecks trying to cadge money off everyone, and a chick in a wedding dress splattered with fake blood who was really fit but who nobody would dare chat up because everyone was scared she was a psychotic killer. Ah, the memories.
 
I used to wear lots of make up with patterns on my face , I looked a right fool and yes it was fake blood , my friend dressed in her mums as well , we crack up now looking at photos of us , mush have been 1985 ish??

About 86-88 for me, before the dance scene started. Devilles and The Venue at weekends, later Hacienda, Boardwalk, Konspiracy, Isadoras and Richfields. I stay in nights nowadays!!
