might be as simple as a personality clash .Figures about salary are speculation but on a forum they suddenly become facts . His lack of celebration after scoring said more than anything that he is gone .Just hope his potential isnt realised at a club we might be competing with for a euro spot

I have my own theories on the hate Sturridge gets on here but I can't be arsed arguing with people anymore especially when it gets nasty.

Seems a shame we're losing an excellent prospect but if that's what makes modern blues happy then so be it.

No but people on BM turned against him ages ago so he's as good as really. Shame in my eyes.

Ahhhh sarcasm at its finest. Actually Evans will go in the Summer too. He very nearly went to Cardiff in January - he had agreed terms - but the deal fell apart for several reason at the end of the window.

Evans and Sturridge have both had great opportunities this season. No trees were turned up by either.

No but Sturridge did score a few goals and made a few assists. Didn't set the world alight but then who does really?

Evans has looked shite since day one but I kept quiet and hoped he'd one day do the business. Shame to lose him but he's Championship standard to be honest.

agreed...carnt understand all the bickering of a player thats done nothing yet even when hes had a chance to do...and as for the best acadamy product weve had what an insult to the likes of swp. ireland. nedum and others. iam not a hughes lover myself but i dont think its all his or the clubs fault for this farce..... players and agents spring to mind and he can do one for me his loss.

I dont understand the hatred myself either, because if the lad was deffinatly going couldn't he of signed a pre-contract or somthing with another club 5 months ago as his contract is up in June ?, or dosn't that rule apply to kids ?.
