He has but signed a new 3 year deal a couple of days back.Fair enough but I'd be amazed if we do.
On the RB front I’m surprised the Forest lad AINA hasn’t had a mention.

We all know Bernie is here this year because he’s captain. But he could go next season which opens up a space. Another year of O’Reilly around the first team and getting minutes when he can just makes him more ready. Eventually he’ll get pissed off though. For the obvious reason that others are currently clearly well ahead of him in his preferred MF position.
That just means we can pay more…He has but signed a new 3 year deal a couple of days back.
I’ve never liked Gibbs White especially since he went and got Rodders sent off.
Thought he was a twat that day.
Maybe, could be very popular at Forest, saying that many fans would be happy if Grealish joined their clubI wonder if Forest may try for Grealish?
We are defo getting a new RB thank god.
Wish I was as confident as you!
Wanting to do it and being able to are very different things. If Livramento isn't available which is likely and we can't make space in the NHG list also very likely, then who?No way we are that blinkered after sorting the LB situation out and not the right where we were actually better set at LB with Gvardiol and Ake who could do it whereas the RB situation is a bigger problem?
There are intangibles a player has to have to be successful- McAtee has a nose for goal, he has skill- I just don't see the drive and I see in his PL performances a tendency to disappear. I want the kid to succeed, I like him and I was not one of the grown men hurling insults at him. This is a business- you have to leverage your weaknesses with strengths and on many occasion let go of potentially valuable pieces - sometimes you make the wrong choice: Cole Palmer at least at this point was a wrong choice. I'm not throwing the kid to the wolves I'm being realistic, pragmatic. Choices get made that are based on money- not upside and potential. It’s disheartening how quickly some of our fans dismiss players from our own academy. It often feels like Phil Foden has become the sole benchmark - as if a young player reaches his level immediately, they’re deemed not good enough. We saw this with Cole Palmer.
I was at the Super Cup in Athens, in his final appearance for the club, and what stood out most wasn’t just his performance - which, for me, was the best on the pitch that day — but the abuse thrown at him by grown men that day in the City section despite the fact he’d barely had a proper run in the side. Just days later, he was sold to Chelsea, where he’s since become one of the Premier League's best players. And yet, some of our supporters have turned on him, despite the fact he never even wanted to leave the club.
What makes it more frustrating is the contrast in treatment. Players like Oscar Bobb are rightly encouraged and supported, but Palmer who was a local lad who came through the ranks was criticised relentlessly. It’s hard to understand.
Similarly, James McAtee hasn’t done any worse than others in his position this season. In fact his output has arguably been better. Yet he’s regularly singled out, while others seem to escape scrutiny. Even Rico Lewis who has shown plenty of promise, gets targeted at both home and away games by a section of the younger fanbase. It's wrong.
It just feels unjust. We should be supporting our academy graduates not turning on them when they’re still developing. The academy is something to be proud of.
Well said. Palmer was a classic case of not getting sufficient game time to improve as a first teamer, he was stifled at City, mainly by us splashing the cash on big name expensive players.

Interesting. Think would be a really good move for spurs but surely city will tell him to sit tight for a year or so if the interest is genuine.
Intrigued to see how this plays out

He would walk into the Spurs team. Would be the best move for him
