one of those rare games where Forest were actually up against a low block and packed defence and tehy couldnt play their counter football too much.

so how was MGW? well, did not seem better than what we have ...
as this is how teams usually set up vs City like 80-90% of the time, while 10% of the time vs Forest.

Do what you like, comment as much you like, myself think we’ll buy him and think he’ll be excellent for us.opinions are great , but I’m aware some people are far far more qualified than myself to make the judgement.

This is an important factor besides the normal jesting that happens at the expense of MGW.
Though I trust our recruitment team, he did play a low block today and was as ineffective as the current Bsilva.

Load of energy but very less output.

The only positive you can say is he tried to make up the numbers and get into the box which few of our midfielders do.

But he created nothing of any note. People said KDB had a poor cup final but he created 3 clear cut chances. We’re going to need to find new creative options for next season.
