https://www.90min.com/posts/6240719-50-of-the-best-young-players-in-world-footballThe Baggies consistently punch above their weight when it comes to producing elite talent, demonstrated most recently in their FA Cup clash against Brighton, when they ended extra time with four academy graduates on the field.
One of those was Rogers, who came off the bench five days after netting four goals in an U23s game. A striker with electric pace and versatility across the attacking line, his name will become more and more familiar – particularly if he stars in this summer’s U17 European Championship finals for England.
Im pretty sure he will. Apparently when he played U18s he absolutely dominated and they put him to U23s, and even got to play a cup game with the senior team.I guess he could go straight in to the u23s as it appears he played well at that level for West Brom.

Actually he is still 16, he doesn't turn 17 until July 26.Very impressive considering he was 17 at the time.

£4m is a hell of a lot up front. Up to £8m with add ons is even more.
For that much money I'd expect he's going to be far along enough that he's training with the first team, getting a cup game or two in January and getting ready to play a small role in 20/21 season - the kind of course Foden was on.
I saw posts from Baggies fans saying they had never heard of him, it’s a gamble at that price but our acquisitions have generally been pretty good recently.Great news.
Just spoken to an exiled Baggies fan who tells me that the sky’s the limit with this kid. Apparently he has been scouted by several big clubs.
Interesting as to what is mapped out for him
