Aymeric Dai Laporte.

To be fair there was a couple odd decisions by Spain, Llorente as you point out isnt a real right back, Rodri isnt a real centre half, Morata isnt a real player.Despite playing for Morocco at youth level he should've been cap and trapped by Spain if possible always looked a top youth talent, never understood why Real Madrid never activated their buy back clause either was a strange one that... Shame he's already an established right back would've loved him as backup, then eventual replacement to Walker but he'll have his pick and be a gigantic transfer fee to get him now.
Do you reckon he may have been made to not feel Spanish due to his heritage or more his family convincing him, he was certainly good enough to play for Spain even at 18 I thought... Just like the Dutch with Ziyech a big mistake not convincing Hakimi the country of birth is where his international future was... Both nation's would be far better for their inclusions.
Hakimi→→ Carvajal (Llorente isn't a real right back)
He was never going to get in the France squad Deschamps took a dislike to Laporte and that was him done,no point hanging around waiting for the next manager to give him a chance ..
And cold, by all accounts getting colder too.He can stop by somewhere warm before that. It’s just grey here anyway :)
I'm still gobsmacked at the shocking pens not just in the two shootouts but overall in the tournament, how can professionals who get paid millions be this bad ?
All about opinions Jim. Let's just say that I wouldn't want to have Laporte alongside me in the trenches. We all want our players to fail, for the sole reason of getting them home early. What you've said there is poor.
Yes I could see that too, I am sure their tactics will be the same.Morocco play the winners of Switzerland Portugal wouldn’t be surprised they turned either of those sides over ..
No, Enrique had told his players to practice 1000 pens each before reporting for Spain duty!I think the more they practice the worse they get. I'm sure I read on subtitles that the Moroccans had taken a thousand penalties!
