Most Gutted you've Been About a player leaving

swp is definatley the most gutted ive ever been.

others that also disapointed me at the time were Stephen ireland, michael brown, sylvain distin,shay given, kinkladze, dickov..
 
Never really, in all honesty.

With Kinkladze, it was easy because he was a talented player who Royle wasn't playing and would have been playing for a third tier side. With Shaun Goater, it was time to go, reaching the end of his career and not playing enough football. With Shaun Wright Phillips, I was happy for him to be moving onwards and upwards with his career and going to a club that could offer him so much more at the time - although it obviously didn't work out in the end. With Balotelli, talented footballer going to waste with us returning to boyhood club. I was happy for all of them to leave because it was best for them.

I'm probably going to have to go for Shaunny Wright but when he went to QPR.

But most of all Trevor Francis.

What's most gutting is how the 'killed' him as a player, I never once moaned about Chelsea and wished him well. He was a pale in comparison when he returned.

Ireland was another gutter, the way he played for Hughes was truly immense. In the end we did the right thing looking back.
 
David White and for some reason David Oldfield had me very upset - but I was very young. I think I had his name on my shirt and thought I wouldn't be able to wear it any more.
