Most hated Rag of all time

Hard to choose just one from such a dishonourable list of Rag spawn of the unwed but the mustachioed half of the Brothers Grimm just wins the prize from the current bunch. SAF fails to win on the grounds of the Paul Lake testimonial and for lending us Terry Cooke, without whom?
