Bury at home under FC.
1-0 loss in the FA Cup to then league one Oldham in 2005 always springs to mind for some reason.
Losing at home to Spurs in the League Cup QF when Sven was in charge always sticks with me, we had been playing so well(unbeaten at home that season(won them all I believe)), Spurs had just sacked their manager and they played 80mins with 10men, Berbatov was superb that night
I agree having watched City since the late 70s I think the way he played that night is something I will remember forever and yes I have seen players play well against us when a team has dominated us, but that night was all about workrate, skill, intelligence, but it also wasn't a smash and grab they won 2-0Hate to say it but his is one of the best, if not the best performances by an opposing player I have ever seen. Was in the third tier of the Colin Bell so unfortunately got a great view of it, the only small consolation is that he was in a white shirt rather than red....
