Most Important City Goals

This goal lol. Rags had won their previous 8 and were top of the league with 5 more games after this.

They went on to draw 4-4 with Everton at home opening the door for us to draw level on points with a win in the derby. The Kompany header and 1-0 win. followed by the Aguero moment on the last day.

I think's it's rooney who comes out to block the shot with minimal effort.

Am i right in think there was an age between it being awarded and it being taking as well, good couple of minutes. think he saved one v Wolves at home as well the same season?
He did, yeah. We drew that game 3-3 if I remember rightly. Wright-Phillips scored in the last minute. Seem to remember Mark Kennedy scoring twice for Wolves?

As for the Leicester game, yeah. I remember there being a handball in the build-up to Leicester being awarded a penalty. Think there was a lot of arguing about whether it was penalty to Leicester or a free-kick to City.

This for me, a last minute Fowler dagger to the hearts of the most vile football fans on the planet. They had done us from behind so many times (ewww err missus) the collective feeling of relief in the stadium was amazing

I would say any player who scored at Gillingham, normal time or pens..I believe Bernstein said we would lose the COMS if we did not go up.
Emotionally though, Yaya Fa Cup semi against rags and Fa Cup Final against Stoke.. First trophy in years and broke the back of the rags, also allowing us to progress as a club to where we are now. Such a shame his management and, he himself were idiots. Never seen a player like Yaya before, and probably never again.
