how would you define overrated corky? every player no matter how good they are can not sustain this world class status they have every game you just have to look at messi and playing for Argentina in the world cup qualifiers as an example!

I assume he means how good they actually are compared to how they are rated. Now going off that its far more likely the best player in the world would be over rated. Because if they are anything but the best player in the world they're over rated.

Conversely, a lot of people think Titus Bramble is the worst defender ever, that means he can't be over rated because there is no lower rating.
