I think its from the Munich Olympics, where a dozen or so Israeli athletes were held hostage and later killed at the airport as the authorities botched a rescue attempt. Think it was Palaestinians who held them hostage?

Know most of the stories regarding the photos but I haven't a clue to the backgound of the refugee.
