Seriously, l don't feel there are more road accidents here through faulty cars than in the UK.

My lad lives in Sydney and I think they still have MOT's so I assume it is a state by state decision, am I right ?

Panic over just had an e.mail and there is a dispensation in place. Certificate on it's way.

Yes, I'm in Queensland.
I think they do have something in NSW.

Ok, so a bit unsure after reading all the posts. Mine due Monday, but garage phoned to say they are closing Friday. Can I still legally drive it next week without an MOT ?! They didn’t know themselves.
