I was amazed that she wasn't at least questioned about incitement to violence for that tweet. And now we have the violence to prove the point.

It's not usually necessary for violence to occur in order for an incitement charge to be made. Unfortunately, even though we all know it's bollocks, she could probably argue that she didn't realise the implications of the phrase and deleted it when she was told.
