whatever you thought, it looks like Mourinho is available in the summer

Yep Mourinho is toast the players are not with the manager. The only question is who is taking over from Mourinho?

They could pick up one of the managers from Spain, the Levante boss Juan Ignacio Martínez, Pelligrini of Malaga; mourinho's predecesser and the Real Betis boss might be worth a shout. Could see them having a look at the Atletico boss or Arsene Wenger but can't see AW moving because he won't give up the security he gets with Arsenal. Rafa could be in line to step in to the hotseat, depending on how things work out with Chelsea and whether Pep turns up in the summer, although definetly can't see him crossing the Barca-Real divide.

I don't see Pellgrini going back to Madrid, Rafa is a slight possibility, Martinez is too inexperienced to take over at one of the Superpowers of World Football. It will be interesting to see how Klopp fairs in the later rounds of this season's Champions League as he could be a strong possiblilty. This Summer is going to be very busy, especially from us as our performance in this season's Champions League hasn't gone unnoticed.

Klopp and Low will be their first wishes, I'm sure.

There is one or two strange choices on the bookies odds. Laudrup? Hiddink? Capello? Ancelotti might be a dark horse but that depends on if he still in charge of PSG.

They have been plagued by poor team spirit this is what Martinez would bring, some how he has managed to galavanise a squad of veterans year after year, and gets the best out of previously unwanted strikers gets them bought on the cheap and sells them for profit and does the same thing all over again every summer yet they are always in contention for the CL and EL spots. Rafa is Real Madrid through and through he will always be in contention as long as he is in football management' Klopp and Lowe are tied up to their teams, I could see Klopp going there depending on how BvB do in the CL but I don't see Lowe as a good move and in anycase he will want at least one more tournament with Germany I feel. Pelligini is admired by Perez and they only sacked him because mourinho was available, he had a good record in the league for them and now Mourinho seems to have somewhat to put an end to the CL last 16 curse, MP could pick up where he left off.

Hiddink is retiring, he announced it already.

If I remember good Capello also said something about not managing clubs anymore and doubt Perez would take him, I think he sacked him even after he won the title..

And I have a feeling Ancelotti is in downfall and not attractive enough for Madrid. May be still too early for Laudrup though he looks like he's gonna be a proper manager.

Low and Klopp would fit Madrid very well. Both young and good but also experienced managers, with attacking football philosophy, that's appreciated in Madrid.
