Moyes on Vieira..

City losing respect for arrogance!

Admittedly I font visit Everton boards, but my experience of your lot here is that they are obsessed with constantly repeating how good Everton is and how evil City is. Strange behaviour on a City board, dare I say it quite arrogant too.

People are so quick to call us arrogant... I mean, how long have you supported Everton? How long have you been aware of our club?

Like fuck we're arrogant. Some people will use our financial power to combat arguements, thats not arrogance, that's our fucking lucky break.

Everton fans continually coming onto this board, trying to tell US misinformed shit about OUR club, is not only arrogant, its ignorant. Like i said, if you've followed English football for any length of time you'd know we've only returned to the Premier League within the past decade, we had 30k crowds in the third tier on English football, we've done absolutely nothing of note for over 30 years... We've got nothing to be arrogant about.

We're not arrogant.

Moyes using us in a public forum to tell everyone whats "good" for english football is arrogant.
Everton fans coming onto our board at every oppourtunity is arrogant.
Everton fans trying to tell us we don't blood our youngsters is arrogant.
Everton fans trying to tell us we're arrogant, is arrogant.

People can easily fall back onto our club, our owners etc when misinformed individuals think they can preach to our fans... Time and again Everton fans have come on here and tried to make us look bad, other than how we sacked Hughes, we, as a club, have acted in a dignified, respectful yet forceful fashion.

Moyes leaked the lescott deal, Moyes forced Lescott into isolation, refused him to train with the first team, kicked up a fuss publically and drew out the transfer. We kept our mouth shut, did our taking in private and eventually (in spite of Moyes and his immature, arrogant antics) got our man.

You'd think Everton fans might have a bit more appreciation for the luck we've had bestowed upon us... not all this shite you've come out with since we were taken over.

well said m8.

how the hell any other fan of any club can call us Manchester city fans arrogant is fooking beyond belief.

we were fortunate to get owners with billions but i will tell you something it aint changed the fans of this club one little bit and if opposing fans cant handle that well tough fooking titty!

bless the evertonians bleating that 'the money's changed you'. how outrageously arrogant we were this summer, for thinking we would do better than everton this season, for thinking lescott might actually want to join us, and that moyes might just be holding out for a good price.

the obvious truth is that our young players are injured. johnson is out for the second season in a row. there really isn't anyone else ready to come through. that's why we've had to bring in another midfielder.

personally I think hughes was to blame for letting us down a bit by not making any attempt to bring on the young 'uns over the last season and a half. it has nothing to do with the take over. mancini handed first starts to two young 'uns in the FA Cup. despite the major reason for that being the current injury crisis (11 players at last count), hughes just wouldn't have done that, he would picked unfit, out of position senior players every time. the first thing the guy did with the money was buy a 29 year old goalkeeper and send out joe hart. worked out well, but most city fans would have been very happy to persist with hart.

Over the last 10 years or so we are probley in the top 3 for playing homegrown players/youngsters. Only reason why Onuoha, swp,Johnson and Ireland didnt play against Boro is because they was injured.

Still we played Richards,Weiss and Boyata and had Vidal,Trippier and Tutte on the bench. You need to get your fact's right before you come rushing on here brainwashed by Gollum.

ffs bizbo are you being serious?

hughes had a huge amount of pressure to achieve a certain target and that would of not been done with kids.

in the end he just was not good enough but to use buying given and loaning out hart is bloody poor m8.

Oh you are here... 10 minutes after your team put in a fine performance you are on a city site.

Ps - I told you Everton would be mid table at best - do you rememebr ?

Given a fair crack at the whip, instead of having rediculous injuries you mean?
The season has a long way to go yet m8, and neither of us are guaranteed anything, but what is for sure, is that when we have a fit squad, we can only get better. City on the other hand have lost their manager, not that I agree with Hughes' sacking, but all said and done, it's you who have the work to do.
Let's see how you get on when we meet, as I have a feeling things might not go the way you expect.
Onwards and upwards chaps. Tally ho :o)
BTW....This thread is disgusting.

What exactly do you expect Manchester City fans, on a Manchester City forum (not 606 etc.), to do do, other than take the piss, when it seems to a lot of us that David Moyes ruined his own team's season by being such a dick about a more than reasonable offer for one of his squad last summer? He wasted valuable time during the transfer window trying to squeeze another couple of million out of us and started a concerted anti-MCFC campaign that threatens to never let up...

Before that a lot on here and beyond gave him a lot of credit for building a great team that consistently punched above it's weight... Something we as City fans were then envious of.

If you don't like it then you and your ilk know what you can do, but you obviously spend a worryingly large amount of time lurking on this forum, looking at people's post history and using it against them and waiting in the shadows waiting for EFC to be mentioned so you can pounce to their defence. Surely if you want to discuss Everton, then there must be other forums that are more suited and less offensive to you. But it seems that's not what you want, is it?

So, I wonder what it is that you do want from the posters on here...? Apart from an argument of course, which hits the nail pretty much on the head eh? So don't be so indignant when you get one!

I'm sure if I went on other club's sites I'd find them lampooning us, our players, manager(s) and owners... But I wouldn't be surprised or offended when I did!
