Muhammed Ali RIP

Late late nights around the radio, with my old man...RIP Ali.....you walked it like you talked it.

I think you and others who gang up on posters for not following the line need to zip it.

Muhammad Ali paid a heavy price for his chosen career, he developed the symptoms of Parkinson's in his mid 40's and no one doubts it was directly related to his boxing, not just that, in his later boxing years as "floating like a bee" was no longer an option for him, he adopted the rope-a-dope technique which was designed to exhaust his opponent, but Ali took enormous punishment in the process.

You're probably not aware but last week a Mexican bullfighter died of his injuries having been gored by a bull, in some sports the price paid can be very high and Ali paid his.

There is nothing wrong in a poster drawing people's attention to this when a boxer dies, particularly when there are posters in here who praise his battle with Parkinson's but conveniently omit why he had it.

RIP Muhammad Ali.

The rope a dope aint solely designed to tire opponents..though doing so aint a bad windfall

Marciano's big numbered record aint a big numbered record of title fights...5 were title fights and then retirment, the youngest of the 5 was 36yrs of age with the oldest being anyone's guess between 48 and 53yrs...after 11yrs of Joe Louis and over 20 title fights (same for clay with nearly 4yrs of primetime missing) America was'nt going to be letting a good black youngen fight the new white hope...were they fuckerslike

Did'nt they once machine-Clay-up and state that his reflex's were faster than robinsons????
