Personal choice i agree,but if you have a desire to be the best you can be then alcohol has no place in an athletes diet.
Check out The All Blacks and all other elite rugby teams, it’s an integral part of their diet but doesn’t stop them being supreme athletes ...
it’s about knowing when to do it and when you’ve had enough... Both of which I should heed, being a FOC.. :-)

An 'integral' part of their diet? Alcohol has zero nutritional or performance enhancing benefits,its effects on the body are only negative......so,in what way is it helping?
