What's wrong with the old-fashioned prompt handover of the trophy followed by a brisk lap of honour by the players?

I've no objection to people staying behind for an hour listening to loud pop music and trying to watch the faraway celebrations of a closely huddled group of hundreds of people in one part of the pitch, but surely the club's priority should be to give everyone a close up view of the players and the trophy as quickly as possible.
