I can only think of two that I know the names of and like off the top of my head. Just going to have to choose the lead guitarist of my favourite bands I guess

It's either Jeff Beck or Steve Howe for me, if we're talking rock music.

Those two can play a host of styles like Jazz, acoustic, ragtime, blues, classical etc.
