    I can't think of any documentaries by Ken Burns that haven't been good.

    Watched 'The Dust Bowl' a few months back and that was also excellent, although it slighty tailed off in the last hour (of a 4 hour documentary)

    As a young person from NI, i thought this was very good. Dundrum is close to where i live and in fact the son of the murderer was a year or 2 older than me in school...but largely shows NI in a positive light 20 years after the GFA.

    Space Race.

    4 part BBC docudrama. Starts around the end of WW2 and the race between the Americans and the Russians to capture the Nazi scientists responsible for the design and construction of the V2 rockets, through the first satelites, first animals and humans in space and ends with the first landings on the moon.

    Lots of original footage mixed in with the drama and a good commentary throughout.
