You don't have to watch a docu you can read about all those subjects right here on BM, we have experts on everything! :)

Watched Pumping Iron last night for the first time in ages, I know they are all on something but Jesus their bodies are huge, it also shows why Arnie has been so successful he is single minded and ruthless to get what he wants.

Brilliant documentary. Might watch it again.
 
A couple from the BBC recently with the CW games in mind.David Rudisha 100 Seconds to Beat the World and Sir Chris Hoy How to win gold.Both pretty good.Also ROG,the Ronan O Gara doc from RTE for the oval ball fans.
