Must see documentaries..

Documentary/film. I watched Meru last night. Absolutely stunning cinematography. Story about three guys trying to climb Mount Meru, considered among climbers to be one of the hardest climbs in the world. Brilliant film/documentary.

Robin hood child murders - and I recommend following it up with west of Memphis, which brings the mystery up to date with new evidence

Dear zacaray - Not an emotional bloke but this one gets to you

There's something wrong with aunt Dianne - another great real life mystery

The imposter - unbelievable stuff

Chasing Tyson

Saw it last night, its the latest one in the ESPN 30 for 30 series. It was great, and is about Evander Holyfield. It is about how he was chasing a fight against him and how that went wrong with Buster Douglas beating him and then going to jail, and how Holyfield then became the champion. But its also about how Holyfield never got the plaudits he thought he should have and the press believed he didnt have the credibility as Tyson wasnt around, and so he was chasing that in the same way. Goes on to their two fights and when the unhinged maniac bastard tried biting his ear off. A great watch, and Holyfield is shown as being a really nice quiet bloke

The Last Gladiators is a great documentary too...It's about the Ice Hockey Enforcers/Goons and their lives both pre and post retirement

Quite sad in a way...a good watch...even if you're not into the sport

The Watchmakers Apprentice

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2958390/

I remember reading about Dr George Daniels death and found his story deeply interesting.
If you like engineering/watches/great men you should watch this.
What a wonderful man he was, seems he had the same drive and excitement in his final days as he had when he started. He had so much to master not just be good at, amazing really.
was his drive perpetual ?
