A memory I will always have with me is against Everton at goodison, Marc scored to draw us level. He ran the wrong way after scoring when celebrating then realized and ran over to us away fans on the opposite side. I remember going down to Maine road that day and signing the book. The messages and shirts from clubs all over the country that day was very overpowering and very emotional.
I was sat watching the cameroon vs columbia game and was devastated as my dad came into my room and told me of the news after the game finished.

A true gentlemen and a city hero.
