Morning.

My left testicle started hurting last night and is painful enough to stop me sleeping. It’s not swollen from what I can tell but if I touch it I feel like I have just been kicked.

Ignoring the possibility that I might have been nutted by an angry elf without seeing, any advice?

You probably just rolled on it in ur sleep.

Have a warm but not hot bath and it'll be fine in a day or so.

I had a similar ache/pain in my right nut last year and when I went to the docs he said it was related to my back muscles ( I have a history of back problems)... They go round to the groin. Take some pain killers (codeine) and do some (gentle) back stretches.

Just to reassure you, testicular cancer is painless.

But if it's still sore after a few days go see the doctor...

I rolled on my left nut on a hard floor once and it ached for ages afterwards, literally months. If your not sure mate get it checked out it's probably something of nothing.

every so often i bang a nut, be it through wanking, rolling over in bed or anything else.

it hurts for the whole day then normally fucks off. like someone else said, if it was cancer it'd be painless.

I had the same thing for a few days about a month ago, went away after a few days and some careful sleeping positions.

Watch out though you might end up like this fella:

really feel sorry for the guy, i hope he gets it sorted.

he seems a nice chap and is staying positive. some doctor should just help him out, no-one should have to go through that.
