Had a scotal absess twice, which needed emergency surgery both times. Believe me, absesses in your bollocks ain't no fun at all!!!! Hope it turns out to be nothing, but please, seriously, if it gets any worse, get yourself to a+e!!
 
Had something like this. Had awful pain in my right testicle and was taking loads of ibuprofen for 3 days, then went to the doctor and got urine tests, blood pressure tests etc. they didn't actually tell me what it was, i dont think they knew but sent me on my way with antibiotics and its fine now.
 
i have it a few times, went doctors about it aswell, couldve slept on it funny, you couldve trapped whilst sitting, maybe pulled something around the groin area, or even possible your pants could be too tight, which also affects it.

They were all the reasons the doc gave me after examining it
