I worked with someone who had really bad BO and was in charge of quite a few members of staff , who used to called her names behind her back. It wasn't her fault she had no sense of smell her husband use to tell her if anything in the fridge was going off .
Anyway I told her she smelt of BO and although she was horrified but she never smelt again.

Tell your sister to tell if you won't .

She's a big unit so he's be better off using Hammerite, it's a lot more durable and rust resistant, which she'll need for all that sweat gushing out of her.

Hahaha, that's a bit harsh Toby but nonetheless an excellent suggestion. Don't let Lucky Toma get near her afterwards though. The smell of sheep dip is irresistible to a Welshman.
