You could have waited more then 5 minutes before beginning the inevitable slagging off of our players by some so called supporters.

It's a football forum people can give their opinions whenever they want and straight after a match is when most people want to.He is shite and I was amazed to see he started.Our system relies on the fullbacks pace to give us width to create space.The thing with kolorov though he is piss poor at defending.against Villarreal at home the winger was going past him at will all 2nd half.

Yes mate and Kolarov did that all game, offering us an option down that flank. At times he was one of the furthest forward players and was one of the few options we had due to the static front play, hence the slow ponderous passing at times due to the limited options.

He did struggle late on, not surprisingly with the amount of work he completed bombing forward and back.

Oh yes Villareal we won 2-1 and he got the assist for the equaliser.

Yes he got an assist against the whipping boys of the group who were just sat on the edge of their box for most the 1st half.Anybody could get forward at will in that match and after about 5 shite balls he got one right.My point being even against them 2nd half when the game got stretched he kept getting skinned,so it was hardly surprising to watch him struggle near the end tonight.Yes he got forward but never at pace,and never could he go past his man or play a quick give and go with Silva or someone like Clichy does.

Kolarov does get in the right positions when we're going forward, but it's extremely rare that he plays a good ball in. For example, his cross to Yaya Toure against QPR was top class, but tonight 9/10 crosses would either hit the first man or be desperately retrieved by the winger on the far side.

There are better left-backs out there that will cost less.

Peope who comment how 'Shit' fans are like myself for expressing my views on a certain player are supposedly the 'BIG' City fans and are right up on their moral highorse, get a grip of yourselves.

No open your self up to those comments when you describe a player rated by Mancini, Mourinhio as shite.

He isnt not by a long stretch, is he better than Clichy? Should he have started? Well thats open to debate, but to describe him as shite it devalues your opinion and leaves you open to criticism

It wasn't just AK tonight who was poor. What about the poor crosses from Zab? He had acres of space and time and simply couldn't it put in good cross.
