I think she is deliberately being an embarrassment for Sunak and the party. She got stuffed on her peerage so she is going to stink the place out in retribution.

She will drag this out so Sunak has to face 2x by-elections with her still loitering. It's a calculation that this does more damage than 3x by-elections in one go. It also opens the door for tories to lose the first 2, then she resigns fully and BJ can go for her seat.
